If you're using a PSO2 physique

Titile

They also cleverly avoided the issue on cooperation and Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta Voice licenses with this movement as it's basically the same game therefore all collab things continue to be valid. Mad lads SEGA pulling off one of the greatest expansion without leaving behind the older sport at precisely the same customer lol. NGS the game will work as a different block, you can basically consider it like PVP/Battle Arena and Challenge Quest.

All NGS-specific styles are basically better: they look better, have more customizations accessible, and you are able to move your fingers with them. Seems like Sega can not retroactively change PSO2 styles into NGS styles, your personality is basically either going to be PSO2 or NGS model based on which kind outfit/wear/part they have on. It is from that some incompatibilities might apply.

Well, I am presuming for anything that doesn't instantly port out, the question boils down to if that mechanic has any reason to exist. I am assuming that the collecting system (or the one we have) is not likely to be in NGS, at least on release. Probably same with the crafting system. So there will not really be sufficient items to utilize a substance storage for.

Body paint has the exact same limit as other clothing: if you're using a PSO2 physique, it's still possible to use PSO2 body paint. If you're using an NGS physique, you can just use NGS body paint. Once you equip an NGS outfit/basewear/innerwear thing, you can't use any PSO2 clothing"mixed and matched" along with all the NGS stuff. You have to commit to 1 game's style for clothing/body paint.

You may own separate"Inventory" between PSO2 and PSO2:NGS, and information about expansions will not be shared."" All of"Storage" information such as expansions, but excluding the"Alliance Storage", and"Meseta Storage", will be shared" I am very concerned about the"ability tree addition" one being recorded as"serves another purpose" in the upgrade. Just because so much we know mags don't have any stat advantage today. My biggest concern is they are going to strip out important elements such as the skill trees and subclassing and be like every other MMO out there today void of options. Edit: I understand this might be innocuous as it might mean they are just different abilities or certain classes may not be 1:1, but I keep stressing we are going to have yet another WoW or FF14 on our palms where they slowly cut everything that is not cosmetic from the match.

For example the player in the trailer is seen comboing assault rifle and sword. You aren't going to have a big set of level capped classes in NGS like you do in PSO2, none of that is transferring in any way. NGS will have new classes and thus brand new skill trees or cheap meseta pso2 differing development elements entirely so naturally it"serves a different functions".
